João is a co-founder of Estoril Capital Partners, with over 18 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking and investment management.
In the 10 years before founding Estoril Capital Partners he had several roles as Investment Director of different Investment Companies, having completed deals with an Enterprise Value of over €12 billion, in multiple sectors. Before embracing his roles as Investment Director, he worked as a financial advisor with involvement in transactions in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, United States and Africa.
João received an undergraduate Business Administration degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal) and an MBA from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia (USA).
João is a co-founder of Estoril Capital Partners, and has 18 years of experience in finance positions, having implemented financial structures and financial risk management systems for large investment portfolios in different sectors and geographies, namely in Europe, South America and Africa.
Before founding Estoril Capital Partners, João was finance director at a large investment group, with global responsibilities in finance, capital structure management and risk management.
João received an undergraduate Business Administration degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal) and has completed the CFA Program.
Tiago joined Estoril Capital Partners in August 2015, and has 18 years of experience in various real estate development, portfolio management and construction roles, including full cycle real estate development, across different asset classes, large scale real estate portfolio management with wide scope, including services, residential and hospitality assets, and project construction.
Previously worked as Head of Real Estate of a leading Portuguese Insurance Company.
Tiago received an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree from Instituto Superior Técnico (Portugal) and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA – Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal).
